David Chapman
Mr. Chapman is a Geologist and senior executive with over 35 years of international resource industry experience in diverse roles and commodities covering all aspects of the mining industry from exploration, operations and business development, through to feasibility studies, financing and construction. Most recently, David spent 5 years as the Managing Director of Australia’s leading geological consultancy firm, Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC).
Gary Steinepreis
Mr Steinepreis has in excess of 20 years’ experience with ASX-listing rules, corporate governance and equity capital raisings. Mr Steinepreis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA. Mr Steinepreis is currently a Non-Executive Director of Helios Energy Ltd, CFOAM Limited and Lachlan Star Limited.
Paul Cronin
Mr Cronin is a co-founder and Managing Director of Balkans polymetallic developer Adriatic Metals PLC (ASX:ADT, LSE:ADT1), which was the best performing IPO of 2018. Mr Cronin has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, funds management, and commodity trading. Mr Cronin was Vice President of RMB Resources, the resource investment arm of First Rand Bank, and has a B.Com and MBA from the Queensland University of Technology. Mr Cronin is also a Non-Executive Director of Black Dragon Gold (ASX:BDG) and Global Atomic Corporation (TSX:GLO).
Eric De Mori
Mr De Mori is a co-founder, substantial shareholder and previous Director of Adriatic Metals PLC (ASX:ADT, LSE:ADT1). Mr De Mori has over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance for ASX listed companies, and is the Head of Natural Resources for advisory firm Ashanti Capital. Mr De Mori is also a Non-Executive Director of Invictus Energy Ltd (ASX:IVZ).
Management
Dan Smith
Mr Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and has over 14 years’ primary and secondary capital markets expertise. He is a director and co-founder of Minerva Corporate, a boutique corporate services and advisory firm. He has advised on and been involved in over a dozen IPOs/RTOs on the ASX, AIM and NSX. Mr Smith is currently non-executive director and/or company secretary for several companies on AIM/ASX.
Consultants
Gavin Beer
Mr Beer is a highly qualified metallurgist with more than 34 years of experience in technical and operational roles in the mining industry, the last 15 of which has been exclusively focused on the rare earths, niobium and lithium sectors. He is a Member and Chartered Professional of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and is recognised as a Competent Person for JORC 2012 and as a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 reporting with respect to his metallurgical expertise.
